Back of the net...

So Jimmy Bullard gets a call up to the England squad for the opening game of our World Cup qualifiers away to Andorra. Personally it feels a little like poor old Darren Pattinson's short lived England Cricket career over the Summer, you suspect that when a) Everyone is fit and b) The opponents aren't professional Shepherds, bus drivers and alike; that Jimmy may just be left back out. On the other hand he could get a surprise debut and whip a free kick into the top corner of the "goalkeeper's" net.

Poor lad cause he always seems such a nice lad and a true professional, for those of you who have not witnessed Jimmy's expert approach to everything he does go here

Keegan walks away from Newcastle, which on the face of it may not mean much, but how many people manage to do that with Joey Barton in the team, well done Nasri by the way; great ankle tap against Barton in the game at the Emirates, and Keegan had the actual balls to have a go at Nasri lol quality bye bye Kev. So a replacement for 'king Kev is being sought, there must surely be an argument to bring Souness back, imagine he and Barton going in for a 50/50 on the training ground!

Andorra v England predictor. Ok so Defoe will probably score a hattrick which will cement his place in the team, leaving Owen def re-considering whether to sign that new contract at Newcastle, my prediction 3-0 to England
